Re-Rebar

Zero waste in rebar with Re-Rebar

Re-Rebar is a rebar optimisation system. It aims to reduce the scrap rate of reinforcing steel and to move rebar fabrication off-site.

The system was presented at the IPCMC 2024 International Conference held at Yıldız Technical University in 2024. Re-Rebar is built on optimisation and BIM logic and manages cutting, stock, offcut and scrap lists in a single flow.

Offcuts produced after optimisation return to stock and scrap is listed separately. This lowers material costs while reducing workload and safety risks on site.
